In DHCTV project, Alcatel-Lucent will coordinate administratively and technologically the project, with a relevant role in the technical part, in order to ensure not only the innovative side of the proposal, but also the operative side. To do this, Alcatel-Lucent will take advantage as technical entity developing R&D projects, in areas like infrastructure, multimedia and video services, for public and private entities. With this, it is guaranteed that user requirements and expectations shall be fulfilled.

INNOVATI will also contribute with his knowledge and experience gained in European initiatives such as Smart Urban Spaces (SUS) on issues of digital services for government, security and trust, content management and usability and accessibility, to ensure that the solution is fully geared and adapted to user needs.

Among new channels, everis has an Excellence Center with a highly specialized team, that is articulated from the office of Zaragoza, in the development of solutions and services around the Interactive Television with references and experiences accomplished in the last seven years. This group has generated extensive knowledge about new interactive channel digital television, constantly researching and adapting to new technologies, providing solutions and services to all agents in the chain of value and made available to this project. More than 60 Telecom Engineers constantly responding to new technological and regulatory changes. This enables Televes to respond faster to market than the competition. The driven nature of our R+D mindset has produced to date more than 200 industrial property registries, of which more than 50% are patents (20 of them European), utility models and industrial designs. Within the project DHCTV Televés provides expertise in the design, development and manufacture of adapters to ensure the integration of any TV in the proposed system. Proof of this experience are the ZAS receivers, sales leaders at National and European markets. Regarding participation in cooperative projects Televés has participated in numerous projects funded by public bodies at both national (PROFIT, AVANZA I + D, INNPACTO, R&D CDTI, INNTERCONECTA, etc.) and international (FP5, FP6 , FP7).

Universidad de Oviedo - Infobotica Researcha Group has been working in the study of the interoperability between systems. This matter was investigated on the project DH Compliant, in which Infobotica Research Group was one of the main partners. The aim of this project was the development, implementation, certification and diffusion of an open standard universal that facilitates the integration and implementation of the service robots in the Digital Home. The DH Compliant project was funded by the Avanza Plan I+D. A second part of the project, DH Compliant II, is currently being carried out for further development. DH Compliant II is also funded by Avanza Plan I+D, and it will permit the integration and implementation of the service robots, devices and smart appliances in the home. Infobotica is also involved in the Smart Home Energy Project (SHE), fully financed by the Plan Innpacto I+D+I, related to the improvement of the energy efficiency in the homes. Besides, the group has participated in the investigation project TIC4BOT, which applied robotic developments in the health field. This is, the design and implementation of new services in the health field by means of innovative technologies as robotic platforms or mobile services.
